Bob Pojman To Join VITAL Network Services Executive Team as Senior Vice President of Operations

Industry veteran Bob Pojman will assume the position of Senior Vice President of Operations with VITAL Network Services on August 1, 2010

    TAMPA, FL, July 14, 2010 /Networking PR News/ -- VITAL Network Services, Inc. (VITAL), a multivendor provider of network lifecycle services, today announced that accomplished industry veteran, Bob Pojman, will be joining the company's executive team as the senior vice president of operations.

Bob brings a broad spectrum of industry expertise to VITAL with over 25 years of experience in operations, customer support, business development and process management. Prior to accepting the position with VITAL, Bob was the vice president of operations for AT&T WiFi Services (formerly Wayport). During his tenure in this position, Bob successfully led and managed all of the business operations, including logistics planning and provisioning, enterprise deployment, 24/7/365 in-house customer care center, Network Operations Center (NOC) and repair and maintenance teams. Bob has also held senior management positions with technology industry leaders including Open Solutions, Inc., NetSolve and Deluxe Data Systems. While in these positions, Bob and his operations teams have consistently contributed to revenue growth with strong gross margins from operations.

In his role as senior vice president of operations, Bob will be responsible for overseeing and developing all aspects of VITAL's operations including professional services, technical support, network operations, and field services. Steve Triplett and Keith Archibald, VITAL's VP of field operations and VP of network and professional services respectively, will report to Bob and work closely with him to efficiently and profitably grow and scale the company's operations without compromising the high quality of service delivered to customers. He will be assuming his responsibilities on August 1, 2010.
