Welcome Sales Services, Inc. is a boutique business brokerage, valuation and consulting firm focusing on and serving employee benefits TPA firms. They specialize as matchmakers and consultants to business owners, who are or anticipate exploring either selling some or all of their practice, buying one or more businesses or benefits practices, even in locations not currently served, or evaluating the business or practice they have or are considering.
William retired as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for DATAIR Employee Benefit Systems Inc., after spending 45 years in employee benefits working with benefits Third-Party Administrators. His clients and contacts include employee benefits and actuarial consulting firms; accounting or law firms with a benefits practice; insurance companies and agencies; brokers, investment firms and mutual fund sponsors, and large plan sponsors. He participated in about six professional conferences and trade shows per year and has spoken at various user groups, study groups, client conferences, and served on Exhibitor trade show committees over the years.
During his collegiate career, William earned a Bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences as well as a Teaching Certificate. He is a Distinguished Military Graduate, receiving a Regular Army Officer's Commission, and he earned graduate credits in Math and Education from Washington State University. In addition, Mr. Lilliquist earned numerous industry and profession certifications.
